   Q. I forgot my Username or Password. How can I retrieve it or have a new one issued?
1)       Username: To reset your Username, please click here. Enter your email address and we will immediately send you an email containing your new Username. You will now be able to sign into your account with this new information.

2)       Password: To begin the process of resetting your password, please click here. Enter your username and primary email address you used upon subscribing to this site. If you wish, you can change your password to something you will remember easier. Please see our "How can I change my Password?" link for more detailed information.

NOTE: The email address entered must match the email address we have for you in our records. If that email address has changed, please send us an email including your Username (if you know it), name, address, and daytime phone number, and we will contact you about resetting your Password. If you wish, you may also contact our customer service and we will guide you through this process.
   Q. How can I change my Password?
A. Once you are logged into your account, you may change your Password (or update any other account information) at any time by clicking "Your Account Information: View/Edit", choosing the "Change Password" link, inputting your current and new Passwords, and clicking "Save Changes" at the bottom of the screen.
   Q. How can I change my Email Address?
A. Once you are logged into your account, you may change the email address we send your publication(s) to (or update any other account information at any time) by clicking "Your Account Information: View/Edit", and simply enter in your new email address in the "Email Address" field in the Contact Information section and clicking "Save Changes" at the bottom of the screen.
   Q. How can I check the expiration date of my subscription/membership?
A. To find out when your current subscription/membership expires, click on "Your Account Information: View/Edit". Under the "Account Information", view the "Subscription End Date" field which provides you with the expiration date of your subscription.
   Q. How do I renew my subscription/membership online?
A. Automatic Re-billing:

All subscription/memberships are set up for auto-renewal. This allows KeyStone Financial to pass on considerable costs savings to you. It also ensures you uninterrupted delivery and access to your newsletter and past issue archives (annual subscriptions only) and chat session archives (platinum membership only).

Cancelling Your Subscription(s):

Yearly (annual) subscribers billed annually may cancel subscriptions at anytime following the initial one-year term (as originally selected) for a full 100% refund on the balance of your subscription term. Yearly (annual) subscribers billed monthly may cancel anytime following the initial one-year term and no further monthly billing will occur. If you do not cancel the subscription, you will be automatically renewed at your expiration date and billed accordingly. This guarantees uninterrupted service so you won't miss out on a single piece of profitable investment information from KeyStone Financial.
   Q. Will I get a receipt for my purchase(s)
A. When you fill out the registration form you are asked to provide an email address to receive an email receipt for your purchase. Registered customers with valid email addresses automatically receive email receipts for all purchases and renewals.

Clients without email addresses, please contact us if you wish to receive a hard copy receipt.
   Q. How can I pay for my purchases?
KeyStone Financial provides you with a number of methods through which you can purchase for your subscription/membership:

Option 1 - Through Visa or MasterCard, which are kept in strict confidentiality for your protection.

   Q. When are KeyStone’s Real Time Research reports released?
KeyStone’s Real Time Research reports with updated BUY/SELL/HOLD ratings are typically released following salient news from companies within our Small-Cap and Income Stock Coverage Universe including quarterly financial results, significant news, significant share price movements and proposed mergers & acquisitions that should have a material impact on the stock.
   Q. When are KeyStone’s Small-Cap Stock Report (Monthly Edition) and Income/Growth (Dividend) Stock Report released?
Electronic versions of our publications are available on our website and concurrently sent to e-mail subscribers 12 times per year, typically one per month on no set day. Some months average a higher number of reports within each edition due to a large concentration of quarterly financial updates.

NOTE: Regular mail copies of the SCR ONLY (ISR is not available via regular mail) (FCM) are sent out 5-8 business days after the online editions become available, as printing is completed.
   Q. When are KeyStone’s Analyst Hosted Chat Session held?
A. KeyStone holds regularly scheduled chat sessions for both our Small-Cap Growth Stock and Income/Growth (Dividend) Stock Services under the following schedule;

1.KeyStone’s Small-Cap Analyst Hosted Chat Session is scheduled for each Monday at 5:30 pm Pacific time, 8:30 pm Eastern time. 52-weekly sessions each year (check out our main Small-Cap Page for details on the next session).

2.KeyStone’s Income Stock Analyst Hosted Chat Session is scheduled bi-monthly (2 per month) on Wednesday’s at 5:30 pm Pacific time, 8:30 pm Eastern time. 26-weekly sessions each year (check out our main Income Stock Page for details on the next session). (Please note; we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule individual chat sessions due to holidays and other extenuating circumstances).
   Q. How can I change the card information KeyStone has on file for my account?
To change credit card information, please contact one of our administrative staff at: 1-888-277-8625.
   Q. Why might my credit card transaction be declined?
A. There are many potential reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit, or you may have typed in incorrect credit card information. To receive the latest financial information from our publications as soon as possible, please make sure that the name and address on the credit card matches the information on your credit card statement.

After inputting all your credit card information and receiving a "Declined" response on the website, please wait to receive the same message in your email inbox. After receiving the message, you can attempt to process the transaction again. If the process fails again, please contact our staff and we will attempt the procedure for you.
   Q. Can I print publications, issues, and articles?
A. Subscribers/Members can print any publication, issue, or article at any time, provided that you follow all copyright restrictions regarding non-distribution of content you print from this website. Unauthorized distribution of KeyStone’s research is strictly prohibited.
   Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Canadian residents: Applicable sales tax will be added to your purchase. U.S. and international residents: tax does not apply.
   Q. Am I allowed to share my online services?
A. No. Please do not share your Username and Password, as others may have the ability to change your information and make purchases under your account. If you print online material from this website, it is subject to all copyright laws as if you purchased the printed copy from us in any other manner.

You may not permit the use of your Username and Password by individuals at other locations or at other companies. If we discover that you are abusing your access privileges, we may cancel your online access without notice. Unauthorized use of your Username and Password is strictly prohibited.
